Krautter's Registered Agent, LLC, is located in the historic Old Chamber Building in downtown Billings, Montana and provides commercial registered agent service, serving as a designated point of contact for both Montana domestic business entities, as well as for out-of-state foreign domestic business entities doing business within the state of Montana. In this role, Krautter's Registered Agent accepts service of process for legal documents and other notices on behalf of clients who have subscribed to a service plan.

Joel Krautter is a graduate of Liberty University and the University of Montana School of Law. He is also a graduate of the REAL Montana Leadership Program through Montana State University Extension. Joel is an attorney and partner with the law firm of Netzer, Krautter & Brown, P.C., with offices in Billings and Sidney and is licensed to practice law in Montana and North Dakota.
