A Commerical Registered Agent is distinct from a a Noncommericial Regisetered Agent in that a Commercial Registered Agent must file a listing statement with the Montana Secretary of State. A Commericial Registered Agent is an individual or domestic or foreign entity that is in the business of serving as a registered agent in the State of Montana.
